Nairobi Pact Follow-up
Objective

As part of our follow-up to the Global Leadership Summit and the Nairobi Pact, this survey is focused on simplifying country-level processes that are currently creating operational burden and constraining capacity in our Country Offices (COs).

All inputs will help us prioritize concrete actions and drive simplification where it matters most. We encourage you to share your perspectives openly.

Methodology: The survey is sent to Country Directors to ensure a single response per country. Country Directors conduct an internal consultation with their Country Management Teams to identify and prioritize the top burden issues affecting their country.
